AVI-IO - The "Timer settings" dialog
This page describes the "Timer Settings" dialog of avi-io.

The timer setting dialog showes you the currently defined Timers. Note that they
are ONLY active in case the "Timers active" checkbox is in it's checked
state. This allows you to set up the timers but temporarely supress their operation.
Also note that in case you are defining overlapping events, the first event in the
list takes preceedence and that in case you are doing a manual operation while
a timed event should be started, the timed event is not started unless you stop
the manual activity.
Timers active
If the checkbox is in it's checked state, the timers are active. If not, then
no timed event will be started.
Every/Date
In this collumn you see the day on which the recording should take place. This
might be a weekday (which means that AVI-IO would record every say saturday and
so on), a date, or the term "today" which refers to every day.
Time
In this collumn you see the time when the recording should start.
Duration
In this collumn you see for how long AVI-IO should record.
Station
In case you have defined stations, you see the station to which AVI-IO should
tune before the capture should be started. Note, that in order to tune to stations
you need a capture device which is supported for this funcitonality under AVI-IO.
This is likeyl to be the case with all Brooktree based TV tuner boards, or in
other words with all devices which support the "Intercast" (r) technology.
